Description
Support smart growth, public health, and qualify of life. Promote access to job locations and key destinations improving the quality of life for all communities. Make transportation investments that result in cleaner air, environmental protection, conservation, efficiency, and sustainable living. Support energy programs that promote sustainability.
Solutions and services should be conceptualized, designed, and procured in a manner that allows for easy replication and/or expansion across all the jurisdictions in the region. This could include monitoring, management, and institutional structures that can readily support regionalizing mobility solutions.
