Description

This element represents the dispatch and administration functions of commercial carriers. Dispatch functions provide real–time communication with commercial vehicles for vehicle locating, dispatching, and tracking to reduce delays from congestion and incidents. Administration functions provide electronic creation and submittal of credentials or tax information.

This is a parent element from the statewide ITS Architecture.
